hmm hmmm.......ur beef is which part? tenderloin, sirloin? go make brown sauce, then add red wine in it. thn put a little bit of parsley leaves to give the zest. thn whn u roast, garlic it up. side the meal with mash potato chunks+butter....

if lamb, thn grill it, marinate with orange squeeze and brown stock. put mint sauce. add saute vegetables with butter and coriander leaves. oooo~
