the chronology of my problem :

04/09.10 --> buy my nokia C6 ori set from shop

05/09/10 6.00am --> finish charging for 8 hours

05/09/10 6.30am --> update firmware from 11.0.021 to 11.0.029

05/09/10 8.00am --> test garmin software...problem -- cannot find GPS devices. ask a HP shop, they say that the version are not compatible with my firmware.

05/09/10 2.00 pm --> keep trying to solve the problem...but still fail to solve

05/09/10 3.00pm --> found new problem, which my QWERTY keyboard problem. cannot press letter "h" on QWERTY keyboard, if i press it..it will hang....need to open the battery, then turn ON the HP again..


Pls help....I'm very sad now...tommorow want to go to the HP shop

how to downgrade firmware? anyone knows?

Thank god, I buy a Zitron set, today i will go to Nokia care to settle this problem..hope its not a big problem.

Did Nokia will replace a new set if my phone totally cant repair? Any comments? I'm quite afraid

really? what is your board problem? this is my 1st time using symbian phone..before this use windows mobile...

my phone are still at the nokia care...they said today my phone will ready..they suspect because of software problem.... if not, they need to change the board..unfortunately, nokia C6 are still new in market, so the board maybe not available yet.... :-( . Hope its not the board problem..pray for me...

ya....during my visit to nokia care yesterday, i 'curi2' tgk other customer complain..it shows that the problem is "Nokia C6 will hang when go to Messaging" . huhu...I think Nokia still updating the latest firmware to solve this problem. hope its not hardware problem.

I sent my phone yesterday, they said if software problem, today can settle and I can take my phone..

My phone still under repair yesterday. Today I call back to follow up, they said my phone maybe can ready by this evening. they change the board..its the hardware problem.... :-(

update from me :

my phone are ok now. NCC change the motherboard for me, the motherboard price are nearly the same with the whole phone price..huhu. I think C6 first batch will have problem, but since you get Zitron set - under warranty, it should be no problem and you should not worry about it. NCC will do everything for you. my schoolmate also bought C6 and got the same problem with me..huhu.

Thank god, my phone are great now...I'm satisfied with this phone, since this is a budget phone, what you can expect more...this phone is great!
