I also started with a old 3310.. 6030 then, then 5610, finally reach x6.. S60v3 is those n95 fw rite? Symbian^1 is how? S60v5?

h hang maybe hw prob.. Maybe the sensor for 'h' hitting other components.. Better send to dealer/ncc
