hi.. just bought white C6 2 days ago.. experiencing phone hang when using qwerty keypad to type sms - which require me to take out battery as all other method to reset fails. Any solution to this problem? read need to wait for new firmware? or change hardware? tq
Added on September 28, 2010, 12:24 pmjust trief to type a few lines using keypad in active notes, seems to be ok.. but is sms.. after a few character 'hang'. don't seems to be hardware.. more like firmware problem to me.. any comment?

went to NCC Melaka.. the cust reps advise me not to surrender the phone as it'll take a long time to replace the board. she puts me in the waiting list and promise to let me know when the parts are in. some even request for repair since b4 raya, but still pending due to parts not available. They claimed it's due to the board, but somehow i feel like it's due to software or the firmware.. so i think i can live with touch screen for the time being..
