Hi all, just bought this phone today, encounter problem already, the phone will shut it self down after a while, keylock not working and pressing on/off button also no respond, need to take out the battery then can restart, anyone have similar problem?

Problem for my c6 solved edy, just hard reset d hp, and format d sd card, thanks guy for pointing that out, now hp seem stable.

I got same problem with you, try reset and reformat your sd card, also disable auto lock. So far my hp has been stable. But if you are free better just let ncc take care of it, i sure go ncc if i'm free, bz at the moment. btw ts, my hp is white colour.

Just sent my c6 to NCC yesterday, today confirm need to replace MB, no stock at the moment, so have to wait at lease two weeks before NCC can start the repairing.. BTW, my HP problem was hang during pressing key lock and sometime even standby also can just hung like that, must be 1st batch dead MB like some N8 suffering at the moment.. quite disappointed with Nokia now...

Huhu...Not going to buy another non E series from Nokia anymore.. I own a E61 b4, the built quality is just super...looking at E7 at the moment....hope not disappointment like N8.

Seriously suggest any new buyer wait for another month or two, not worth the trouble, like my case, have to wait another two or three weeks for the new MB, I just hope nokia able to deliver since even N8 is in trouble now.

Good luck, I dont have the H bug, but after while the key lock bug came out, just like that, hope your unit dont have this problem.

XM bro, you planning to cook your own c6 custom firmware? I tot you got one N900 or N8 edi? I was using your CF for 5800 b4.
