my lil brother just bought this pohone, it hangs for the 3rd time today dunno wat reason, just black screen(like dead), no button works. remove battery fixed it...

is sending the phone to NCC will fix the hang problem? it seems that my lil bro's C6 hang randomly(sometime) when locking the phone, or when the phone locked.

just updated to v20.0.038, beta/leaked firmware on the internet. will update if it fix the hang issue tomorrow. i got it from http://goo.gl/NpJWT

i can say this new firmware really fix the hangging issue. no more hang.
