Calling Blizzard from Malaysia, Has anyone done it that can help?

Thinnking of starting up my Wow again... but lost my login info... anyway thats another story... What i'd like help with is calling blizzard... so far i'm calling this number that i got from the friendly people from Battlenet... 1-800-592-5499 I'm using a land line to call it but no success... all i get is a wierd beeping sound... So anyone have any experience calling them from a land line? |

call them at 10-11 pm thats when they open do not bother calling on week ends their phone line too busy and try to call on wedneday or thursday

i once called them, call them at around 9 PM, and shits, i had to wait for like 30mins before someone answer my call
