Those are steriod hormones injected into chickens. The concentration of hormones in chicken neck and wings are due to location of injection. Steriods tends to mimic female hormones but these effect are mainly seen in males. So when guys takes steroids, it enlarges their breast but it doesn't affect women the same way.

I heard from the older generation that papaya can make the breast enlarge.

As far as I concern, massaging is one of the method used to enlarge the size but it will really take consistent approach and commitment on this ..

I think thai breast massage can help, i've been to bangkok and the thai girl just massage my breast without asking me, i feel very awkward that time, but after massage, you can see the results instantly, got push-up effect some more, last long like 3 days for me. haha
