Emm...at my condo unit, there isn't a water pipe at the balcony. All of the time, I have to carry buckets of water from the toilet to the balcony to clean the floor and water the plants; do u think it is possible to install a water pipe at balcony and what are the procedures? need approval from mgmt?

thanks for the advice; i think i have to do away wit the idea of installing a water pipe at the balcony cos it is quite far from the nearest toilet.....

but will consider shazzac's idea of getting a wheel pail or maybe a long hose
