dont think financial fairplay really describe what happen to ski now. the truth is chelsea dont need to spent as much they once did so why bother. they got strong squad with better reputation and already a bigger club then before. its easier for ski to bring anyone now then few yrs ago. money no longer the main attraction to the club. bet if ski still the same like ranieri era or at the same place where city,pool now then money still pouring.. if roman got the money la. futhermore regarding ur statement ONLY signing ramires for around 20mil? honestly a 20mil for a youngster aint consider bargain/fair money. 26mil from ex player? ur chelsea accountant huh doh.gif

first of all u came with the idea of finacial fairplay just coz chelsea hv not spend as much. that pretty much a bold statement consider how much hv they spent before and the current situation/squad/performance are so much different than before. also dont forget ski still making loss from all the spending.
if roman clear the debt, passionate for club good for him and club then but still that doesnt change the fact he hv spent a lot of his own money which is not the club revenue to bring ski to where they are now and possibly will do the same if chelsea not challenging anymore.
if u consider ramires a fair deal then sheva definately worth the money maybe more with the current fluctuate market.
for the 26mil transfer.. just say ski saves a lot from the oldies la.

40,000 x 52 = 2,080,000
