yes we were without joe cole, this was the excuse i had when the match is over but hang on a minute, didn't we played against arsenal for 45 minutes WITHOUT him? i seriously have my doubt with 4-4-2, not gonna work with the players we have. Both CM are way too deep to have any impact in the game, which probably explain why on numerous occasion Torres have to come so deep just to get the ball. My guess is this Masch on strike thing had happen last week before the europa league game, Roy tested 4-4-2 with Cole on the wing and both Torres and ngog up front in the later stage of that game. |

oh well, its a League 2 opposition for god sake, 3 leagues below BPL...no excuses i have to say watching from the way RH play the team, he does remind me a certain Houllier in his later days at Anfield "Let's defend and waiting for chances on counter" |
