nth much happened i guess
a part from the fabregas-thingy

rosicky issue? mehh dont really bother me atm,
to be fair, everyone is so-so only....

wilshere made 2 nonsense, thank god went unpunished.
but that yellow card serves him well as a reminder

defensive wise,
you guys gotta understand, our defense is not the greatest as we all know
but we yet to concede means we are still doing alright,
i dont expect our defenders to have a good time tonight, they are going to need to work their socks off
do expect a few more nerve wrecking defensive moments in 2nd half biggrin.gif

sunderland will attack us 2nd half, thats for sure
and like the commentator said they will be stretch, and its good for our liking
i believe we will start to get our rhythm and attack 2nd half

thats about it
oh and yeah, almunia is doing alright icon_rolleyes.gif

1)missed penalty
2)song sent off
3)that extra minute for sunderland

reminds me of Fulham - MU sweat.gif
oh well,
hope this is just a minor dip,

QUOTE(tenno @ Sep 19 2010, 02:32 AM)
Well, considering that we scored a freak goal & was left chasing Sunderland players most of the game, we lost our captain very early, we played 10 vs. 12 (plus the ref), missed a penalty... 1 point ain't that bad...
*
agreed but,
unfortunately, not all Arsenal fan's see it this way
not going to mentioned names, not going to quite them.. just to many
not to bad la for me this 1 point, we just lack that luck we needed.
really tough luck,
but gotta move on

No way , our defense is pretty good , and looks pretty solid throughout the end before the f*ck up .
*
yeap i gotta agree with this as well
im not really quite sure what probman means by defence hasnt really been solve

if ure talking about us having a good defence game, dominating in defense i cant see that, even if we have the bestest of defenders
but if we are talking about our defense overall, not to bad.. hold on for really quite long time till that unlucky last minute goal.

QUOTE(ProbMan @ Sep 19 2010, 02:49 AM)
It's not unlucky, that whole extra minutes there I can feel the whole defence is very shaky and nervous. Perhaps they shouldn't just kick the ball like that and not giving a fight back. It's like we were there just to wait for them to slaughter us. Yeah, it's a very bad defence, I think Sol Campbell would have done a better job.
*
hmm, you got a point.
but despite being shaky and nervous, imo we still defended pretty well with 10 men, all the way till the end
i meant we took whatever sunderland launched at us, the last minute goal was really unfortunate

Let's change the way we look.

Let's call Sunderland is lucky with Song's sent off, Rosicky didn't scored the PK and manage to grab 1pts from us with super extra time.
*
yea, but wait
my term for this is that

"its not right to completely say we were unlucky, but we cant deny that sunderland was very lucky"

i guess
that's what made the lost not an all out bad-bad thing
but having said that
we can not afford to do this thingy again. gotta limit this, better still no more next time

once again agreed on clichy as weakest link, sweat.gif
really true

that al muhamed guy
i meant thank god he wasn't the best of a crosser or creative passer, despite him getting the better of clichy several times
otherwise god knows if we would have taken even a point.

i guess one would miss out this part,as they failed to make it count in during the whole sunderland open play
SOD, thanks for bringing this point up thumbup.gif

with almost all of our squad for once?
for the love of football, one is to much of an ask huh.

i just remembered something
i dont know if u guys agree on this
but i feel some of our players lack the skills/trickery during 1on1 situation with goalkeeper

eg: chamakh could have bring the ball pass keeper and tap it in, as the gk had already commited himself
same goes for arshavin

for the past few matches...some of those 1on1 situations. this method could have been executed
instead the player opted to shoot straight away...and unfortunately, the strike did not really bothered our opposition goalkeeper.
easy save or goes directly to the keeper.

we used to see this from henry back then, but now..not sure if theres any, event if there is...i dont remember tongue.gif

it would be nice if chamakh arshavin and such does it

the clip is an example of what im trying to say
watch second 30-35

wow... this Japanese kid is a monster shocking.gif .... oh well, it's youtube anyway... so I'm half impressed smile.gif

Being trickery and being fox in the box are totally different style. Yes, Arshavin should be trickery but I think Chamakh should remain to be a targetman and straight-forward striker.

he just scored 2 goals for borrusia dortmund against schalke AWAY!

IMO, game against Sunderland, some of our players are lack of desire to win things for us.

eg: Nasri, Clichy, Sagna

Look at Fabregas, after sunderland scored, he was like, wtf....

Is the youtube guy was the 1 AW grabbed??
*
nope, the guy we scoped is ryo miyaichi
this shinji kagawa, another young japanese guy. grooming real fast

my guess is that
AW will field steel in the, CB defence
middfielders and forward will change

Gibbs Kos/Squai Eboue
middfielder wise denilson those reserves etc etc
we might just see vela with chamakh up front.

My goodness, that Casanova guy is still alive? I thought he is well long gone already.

interesting clash. tonight's the match right? might watch it later.
*
yea tonight, 2.45am
but my optimisn level aint that high laugh.gif
i dotn want to put to high expectation on this game, since AW is going to mix it up
we are definitely up against a super spurs side

p/s:
we could use an alien2003, Arsenal version here
need to shieldtox kao that casanova
perhaps u can persuade him to join u at MUFC thread!
that will do all of us good! including the villian himself

but one thing is for sure, tonight is all about beating spurs
thats right, All in!......whoop their ass or get whoped, no room for draw

GO GUNNERS!

i rage because we should have been 2 nil up
clear onside, pet pet ah

anyways
i must say 1st half is purely entertaining and fun to watch
seriously it feels as though, Arsenal 1st eleven is playing
or
maybe the 2nd string team is really hungry,

our team performance 1st half - insane zombies
u throw a meat at them, they really chase kao it sweat.gif

harassed any single spurs players even at spurs half of the field thumbup.gif

the passing is so fluid and "fast".... yes fast
i damn long nv see so fluid passes and so quick....even our first eleven dont do a string of passes this fast

im having an orgasmic first half rclxm9.gif
bought few bars of chocolate....om nom nom nom nom

im a fatty
