I must say that you're the noob, everything happens in RTS is part of the strategy.

Things like cannon rush are high risk high return type of strategy, if you're so pro you would've scouted it and make him gg instead.

And one more thing, do not judge a region based on several games of yours, come back and criticize when you're on the top of diamond.

I encountered many good mannered and skilled players in my leagues so far and pretty satisfied with it.
