if it has got RAID, 2 Momentus XT would be a good idea... but since there's no RAID, SSD + HDD would be the best option...

mouse... it's really up to u... main thing would be running out of battery in the middle of the game... otherwise wireless mouse is alright...

depends, I'll go for wireless since I'm not so competitive online. Favourite games are like Mass effect, dragon age. Solo games la... so wireless nicer.

I would recommend Logitech, though, as their mouse are much more comfortable.

Nope. There are NO import tax for notebooks in Malaysia. However, there will be probability that your notebook will be detained in your local customs and you have to collect it yourself and pay RM18 for the customs declaration form. You are welcome. Oh yea, I would recommend you to buy Logitech G700 over Roccat Pyra Wireless Mouse although DoubleU said that Roccat has similar design to G73 and it is quite match. I bought my Roccat Pyra Wireless Mouse last time with a similar thought but I found out that it is too small compared to G73 and then I sold it out and got myself a Logitech G700. You can watch the Logitech G700 and Roccat Pyra Wireless Mouse reviews in my YouTube channel.

I got mine from PowerNotebook    Initial plan was to get Sager from Xoticpc but finally I've decided to go with g53.
No regret with my choice, I love this machine inside-out.

i am interested in Asus G73Jw and contacted ken from gentechpc regarding it. but still have a few questions though.
just wana ask you guys how long does it take to ship to malaysia using USPS and did all of you got your laptop stuck in custom? does the adapter provided compatible with malaysia voltage?

hope the custom wont make a fuss out of it lol.
can i just change the plug? cause the power brick is 100-240v right? just the plug head is different.. and btw, how is your g73jw? is the touchpad and wifi ok? cause i think i read in NBR forum some of them complaining about g73 touchpad and wifi but i am not use is the jh or jw model. haha..

I just tried using my paypal, it's linked to my Australia address and bank account. I tried to put check out the conversion rate they use and it doesn't seem right. AUD is supposedly higher than USD as of now but when I key in 1479 USD it returns to about 1502 AUD. Anyone can give me an insight of how the conversion works? Did you guys do the transaction as with paypal's conversion MYR-USD?

Just wondering why you don't ask your vendor to upgrade for you, especially the wifi card. It's not much different in price plus they will help you to inspect the machine (running those benchmark software & test the system stability). You may risk to void your warranty by doing it yourself.  Just my 2 cents.

I'm using wire transfer which entitle me for 5% discount. But you have to pay usd20 for the transaction fee. But i think it's the safest & fastest method. I used paypal before but had bad experience during the refund process, it took me about 2 weeks to receive the money even though the vendor had made the refunde on the 1st day I canceled the order.
