so far only me and jaycn, and ours is separate problems, i think its just unlucky....

yea you can take straight to asus service centre, all they need is the 15 digit S/N at the bottom of the laptop, no need any card or anything, i confirm with the guy, but he did ask me to bring along la....

no, i sending to a company that ASUS contracts, high point service centre. something like if they can't fix it then only then send to asus main hq.

damage, i think like that you claim warranty again lur.... if really damage beyond repair, i think they will have to give you a new laptop. because asus responsible for the laptop (not the data tho) once you send it to them for repair.

nono, i bought from gentech too, but asus contracts high point to handle the warranty service in JB

then i need take to asus royal club at penang. u call them and tell them the problem of laptop already? need bring anythings except laptop?.
Both of us really dam bad luck, i more worst than u, window oso cant start up><

haha, but my box still in ok mode.
today, i just call asus pick up and return service ady, they are very kind on helping me and will be 2mrw 11am come to my house to pick up my laptop, but i haven got the receipt from xoticpc, so i think today midnite i will contact them to send me a soft copy to me. i think spare part do not have big problem on it, because just harddisk got problem only.
But im got litter scare of the techniqian><.....hope my laptop still in top condition after RMA.
