what you stated was pretty general. you jog for 1 hour non-stop? or jogging non-stop + physical workout 1 hour?
anyway, what's your current height and weight? and you will need to control not only the type of food you eat but also the amount you eat as well according to what your body needs.

I jog for 30minutes. Then physical workout for another 30minutes lo. Sorry I don't know how to tell here as this is my first time doing this without forcing. My height is 157cm and my weight currently is 68kg!! Before it was 60kg but when I change to new company I eat alot due to work environment.

you mentioned physical workout, what kind of workout you normally do?
but losing weight is pretty simple in theory, burn more calories than you eat, then you slim down.

Your current weight and height give you a BMI of 27 which is on the overweight side. Many people think that not eating any food will help you to lose weight. In fact you get the opposite result. When you start to skip meals your body goes into starvation mode. Once you start eating any meal it will immediately store it up even though it may be only a small amount. The reason is that your body is afraid you may skip more meals and so store up as much as it can. You are interested in losing weight in a healthy way. I would suggest you go for"Low Glycemic" foods. "Low glycemic" means the food is slow to turn to sugar once you consume it. This means it will be slow to turn into fat. Some examples of "low glycemic" foods are rolled oats, vegetables, fruits. You can also have"low glycemic" shakes to give you some variety. They are complete meals by itself and can be substitutes for your main meals. Let me know if you would like to have more info more about the "low glycemic" shakes.
