We've known about this since android 1.0. hell, even my ubuntu is in alphabetical order. hardy heron, intrepid ibex, jaunty jackalope, karmic koala, lucid lynx, you get the picture.

simple. 1.0 is Android itself. then 1.1 is called Petit Four due to the fact that it is a small update. and then start with 1.5 they follow the dessert-in-alphabetical-order convention. so basically android with B isnt listed.
but do correct me if im wrong. |
