I beta-tested SC2 without any issue so I'm kind of in a deadlock with IAHGames customer support as they're blaming my PC / firewall / router / modem / ISP. From Google, I was under the impression that Streamyx has blocked tracert so I need confirmation from you guys. You can do this easily by running the Command Prompt & type: tracert sea.battle.net>C:\LYN.txt tracert 202.9.67.254>C:\LYN2.txt Once these 2 are completed, please paste the result from C:\LYN.txt & C:\LYN2.txt in your PC. I know TM put many filtering in thier DNS. Try use google DNS instead. 8.8.8.8. Good luck. Thanks bro. I just need more confirmation from others. Bloody IAH Games blaming my firewall & router for the tracert timed out result.

Yup, that's what I read in Google too. Told the IAH agents but no, they wouldn't accept the explanation & straight away blame my firewall & ISP.
