seriously hardware problem. i tried change with the same battery, didnt work. I charge 2hours++ didnt work either.

I have to send my C7 back to Radiance/Nokia and exchange with replacement unit. Though I don't hope much there will be extra gift with the replacement units, I hope I do get some "gift". Hope I'm not talking too much though

Will send C7 tomorrow via Skynet

QC will improve time to time, just like N8. Last year, alot people have DOA N8. Now... u can say few to none. C7 will be like that someday

Dude, not very far to my experience. Android of coz ahead of symbian, but not far. true what BuFung says, Symbian => BB is very far.

Btw, I have made a new article regarding Dead On Arrival (DOA) Nokia devices issues. It need serious attention from Nokia

I got my c7 replacement unit already. sweet. then i update the firmware/software through ovi, everything went fine then after restart, it only shows white screen display. tried pull off and insert the battery still nothing happens. any advice?
