Hi, just wonder if anyone pay ffxi monthly fee by debit card?
I used Public bank visa electron debit card to pay ffxi for past 6 years, until end of last year SE have changed their policy that only 3-D secure (or verified by visa) card can be used. I canceled my ID for one month on early this year, when i want reactive my ID the card cant be accepted anymore even if i have registered vbv in public bank website. I also tried public bank day2day visa debit card still no luck. Maybank cherry visa debit card can be accepted but after i type my personal password in SE visa verifying screen it said card authentication error, don't know that is because last name and first name not fit properly( chinese name have three words) or other reason.
