and of course some member still progressing COP /SKY 

well of course if u stay awake during 2-6am there will be LS SMN burn PT , darkskies in one right now doing smn 20-60 in under 3 weeks

P.S. dont ferget we're using tmnut screamyx, so any shyts can happen. Afterall tmnut upgraded internet to be intranet not long before. Yeap the only thing they really promised upgrading their services is intranet and broadband into narrowband.

Hi All ... Looks like there is still people playing ffxi. I started the Game in USA and stop 2 years ago. Now i'm back in Malaysia. I feel like starting ffxi again but really scare that it might lag till unplayable like wow. Anyone play ffxi using streamyx? how is the lag? is it playable? or have to connect and disconnect to get a good ip to play?  if this question have been answered please link me to it, Thanks for the info in advance.

Added on May 19, 2009, 8:38 pmAfter trying to fix all 5 discs into that tiny box i realized that i found three different things....
I had found 4 discs from my original purchase... plus the instruction manual (this only contains ffxi + rise of zilart

Then i found my golden Vana Diel Collection which contains only 1 dvd and prusambly i had lost the manual..

If i had combined vana diel collection code with y original account purchase and revive my account with thecode i found from my original purchase, id reactivate with ffxi rise of zilart and chains of promathia right?

PFFT i just checked the thing has ended on april 28th

Those NM are easy. Not much pple camp them anymore because the rare piece version is dirt cheap now. Try something like Argus for peacock amulet and u'll know. Another typical example would be western shadow for the fist. For some higher lvls NM like despot is also another example. Sometimes after 2hrs from it last death it will suddenly pop on one of dead dolls after a few kills. But sometimes it can be such a douche that it could nv pop even after 4hrs of countless killing or even worst i have seen 8hrs straight. Ever heard of how irritating to get Ullikumi to pop in those days where everyone start complainin till SE decides to turn it into a force pop. Back then rmt was also competing with everyone by starting a nest up in Tu'lia. Some of my friends wanted to get a hit on haidate but due to the ridiculous spawn time of this NMs they nv got a chance. Just because they had to work and they couldnt even fork out more then 4hrs of leisure time. The most time they got was during sat and sun where it's peak hrs and many ls camp the grounds up there for despot. And after 2mths they still cant get a hit on it and were left far behind the list because of how ridiculous the spawn time of despot. If you still have doubts on my claims and think i'm exaggerating, u can always dbl check with the real veterans in here about their voice on this nm random spawn time crap. Most of the time SE have been fired with the same question in interviews on whether did they ever thought of removing those time sinkage feature in ffxi to make it a more suitable game for all instead of No lifers.

Hi, I am curious about Final Fantasy XI. I am currently playing World of Warcraft, and is able to
get decent latency using VPN service like Gametune.

My question is if I play Final Fantasy XI, will the latency be terrible? Are some of you guys
using VPN service and if yes, which one?

Depending on what ISP you're using (Streamyx I suppose?)
I'm getting good latency with the 60.49.x.x IPs.

And finally, does anyone know if Squaresoft is giving 14 days trial to Asian players?
I will most likely ditch WOW when FF14 comes out

I think JP does it differently. FFXI currently has a free trial. I dont know about FFXIV yet, we'll have to wait.
