hello im from Lakshmi also , lvl 66 thf GALKA name Zarger , kyap here is my paladin i always play his ass (SATA - u will learn it ) .

oh and 1 more thing , im the only galka in the linkshell and i would like to keep it that way . means u cant create a galka character if u want to come to laksmi ( j/k XD ) .

Make sure to be bastokan when u create a new char cause thats where we all are from . ( easier to help on ur missions - but dont let that stop u if u want to be a galka from windy also can >.< )

im hooked on both ... damn u mmorpg . there goes whatever left of my life .

basically the economy sucks ... everything is expensive . i really dont know how new ppl can come in this game and survive . looking at the price of items for sale in the auction house is really not fun to say the least. im talking about lakshmi server , other server i dont know.


im 75 thf already but poor .. cause im lazy . i log in everyday but sometimes i just wander around ... in game or in real life... for example last weekend i woke up .. 1st thing i do is log in ffxi ... afk all the time . when i want to go to sleep i log out . i did some crafting and got a lot of gil . ( BUT not much .. im at my poorest state.) any on goings of our daily routine and activities can be read at www.midgardlsffxi.cjb.net ... there ppl plan on what mission to do together and coordinate what time to gather together and go .. we are mostly all same time zone ... minus a few european and North American but they dont hv a problem playing at our peak hour it seems.

enough of my ramblings ... im bored at office

or u can get a 2nd hand copy including ffxi + zilart + chain of promethues from sayming , i heard he selling off his copy , sell the game not the accountand character . maybe u can bargain with him .


the economy is taking a positive turn compare to last few month cause square enix (SE) cracked down on those real money trader ( RMT) .

botting and hacking is not an issue in FFXI .

we level up by killing monsters usually in party of 6 .

battle system is not the same as those FF rpg .

regarding the negative issue of class not balance , usually ppl tend to play damage dealer more so mages is at a premium , when u form a party u need a healer damage dealer and tank . when u form a party many scenarios will happen , its either u dont hv healer seeking party ( which is most common) or u dont hv a tank seeking party , as for damage dealer they are a lot of them , its quite true dragoons are hard to come by in higher level but that doesnt mean they are not good job or not balance , they are awesome if u can get them in your party.

SE is seeing all this problems and they are doing their part in rectifying the issue. for instance recently an update hv revamped dragoon as a job .

if u want to browse thru a ffxi forum which is malaysia based players go to www.midgardlsffxi.cjb.net , i play with them . quite a number of ppl in that server ( server name is Lakshmi) .

its true but u wont hv to pay for the 3 month cause ur account is deactivated. u can reactivate ur account anytime before the 3 month period to continue ur adventure .

SE "officially" say 3 month will be deleted . BUT there are a lot of cases its actually 6 month . u hv to really check on this. cause i read in other forum about this matter it really is a mixed of both . some cant get on after 3 month some can . so u never know. to be safe dont deactivate yr account for mor then 3 month.

if u wanna get it . get from sayming he selling his copy . go go no one will buy from him except u i think . no one is interested in this game . although it looks that way we just receive 1 new member from malaysia last 2 week . he is fast learning and lvling up . we got a few new member but many is not activate at all. maybe see them once a month .

by active i mean u will play this game at 3am even tho tomorrow is a working day .. happen to me when i start this game. dont be surprise if u look like a panda go to class or office.

ermmmm i also use streamyx and it NEVER dc on me ok la got dc la .... like once a year dc. thats all ... maybe once in 2 year la . streamyx at my place not bad.

need wp surf over to www.midgardlsffxi.cjb.net and ask them there , our linkshell is growing with ppl from aound the world but playing in asian time zone. quite full of ppl at our prime time 8 pm - 12 midnite with lots of activity.


come join us . everyone who wants to join ffxi should head to that url i gave , thats the Lakshmi server where we hv quite a number of ppl playing from malaysia singapore thailand, and japan. even belgium and the usa . but preferable they are players that playing in our timezone. (GMT+8)

p.s dont pick galka as your character cause to this date im the only galka in the linkshell and i would like to keep it that way ... makes me feel special LOL

the hardest dragon alive with no one claiming is quite normal i think , if it was the easiest then it should be funny seeing not being claimed like that.


regarding the server migration , if any malaysian player want to come over to Lakshmi please do , we are buzzing with ppl now cause our ls hv made an annoucement lately on allahkazam forum about gathering of ppl playing in asian time zone + 8 GMT or close. now ppl from australia is joining us as well. eventho they are 2-3 hours ahead of us.

quite fun to do things with ls mates actually . party is easier cause we can plan among ourself to pt with each other . it minimize the waiting time for lfp (looking for party)
