I was told by Sony staff (not the retail shop punya...the HQ one), got difference in terms of quality of the picture & image.

but I personally can't really tell. Maybe they want me to buy both things.

However, I would not use a game console for movies, 'cos somehow I felt that the console lens are not designed for long hours, that it may shorten the console's lifespan.

For me, if you just wanna watch movies, the blu ray player kaw tim already.
