just go to the bank negara main branch at jalan raja laut after the entrance, then turn right where all the CCRIS machines are located. put your IC into the machine and it will prompt you to view / print your CCRIS. You can only print one copy at a time and once every 3 months only. All self service

i was puzzled when i wasn't charged GST for my platinum card, called the CS, they said it would only be charged at the end of 3 months.
