hi. i found a discrepancy in my statement... it's like this...

i do have accumulated bonus points in my credit card account... and i know i can use the bonus points to offset the gov service tax and my last expired date is on 9/9/2010 and my last redeem date is on 10/10/2010...

and then, this month i received a statement and found out that my bonus points are NIL! and the last redeem date column also are NIL too!

well, i tried login into cimb clicks but i cant find any bonus points inside... anybody can tell me what's the 'Bonus Points (BP) B/F' and 'Bonus Points (BP) C/F' means? it's written under the statement on the bottom right hand corner...

o yah... it's a CIMB credit card...
