I called SCB customer service last month to ask about GST waiver, he told me spend 3 transactions BEFORE anniversary & will credit 11k reward points so I can use it to redeem RM50 GST waiver. Last week I called again to confirm, this officer told me another story which I need to spend 3 transactions AFTER anniversary to entitle 11k reward points. I wonder which one is the reliable info. Anyone get the 11k rewards points before? Thanks..
