recently i applied for HSBC CC through online application. They did send me an email initially, mentioning that my application was rejected, but within the next 24 hours I got another email stating that my application had been conditionally approved. Is this normal?

QUOTE(hye @ Aug 28 2010, 10:44 AM) Conditionally approved likely means additional documents or clarifications will be required. on the conditionally approved part, i got it. my main concern is that, i applied through the system only once, but why did I received two contradicting responses? first is rejection, 2nd is conditionally approved.

Hi,
Recently I made a RM2k+ swipe for my mom's medical bill due to emergency, however I can only pay back at most extra RM500 per month. Previously I had never used my CC for other than petrol, thus I manage to pay in full each month. My question is:
1) Will it effect my CCRIS record?Or is it as long as I pay more than the minimum amount each month, my CCRIS will still be "0"?I'm not very clear on how CCRIS works. Hopefully someone could explain it. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Am asking on behalf of my sister. She's using CIMB Classic Mastercard, and this morning she viewed her CC account online. Her CC's limit is RM6k, current usage is at RM820+, however in the statement it states that her available credit balance is RM4200. She asked me why is it so, when her CL should be RM6k. hopefully someone could answer this on behalf of myself..thanks in advance.

david83:
to answer your questions:
1) Nope, that's her CL since the very beginning 2) Don't think so. Will check back with her tonight
alexwsk:
1) From what I can see in the transaction record, all petrol transaction is already recorded in the online transaction(up to petrol refuelling on the 1st Oct).
