hi,
juz wan to ask, if i make a payment to someone via paypal for purchasing an item with total price RM4000, can i request the bank to transfer this rm4000 payment into installment plan? my concern is i paying via paypal, can i still make this request? btw, i'm holding CIMB and Public bank credit card...
