16-09-2010 Deposit successfully at the CDM but cannot do withdrawal from Current Account at ATM Penang branch. (Cash advance no problem)
17-09-2010 No usage problem at petrol station.
19-09-2010 No problem withdrawal at Taiping SCB branch ATM.
25-09-2010 Deposit no problem but withdrawal from current account cannot.

Is the machine in Penang branch using magnetic strip?
Is the magnetic strip no longer functioning?

Anyway, I have called SCB phonebanking, an Indian guy named JOE agrees to send me a new card without charges.
