the cs would ask 4 rm50 card replacement fee, i had argue that's it's card quality,
and she said can be waive one time only
try my tactic if u want 2 save rm50

are u talking about ocbc titanium?
Aug - Dec 2010 max cash bash cap = RM100
Jan 2011 onwards = RM50
no changes on the cash back rate

call ocbc cs to ask can acept induction letter or not
alternative just deposit min RM3000 FD to get this titanium card

can try, if not successful, then use the FD secure method

if u'll like to keep the normal saving, u also can open a basic current account which has the same benefit as bsa

For upgrade, cs will give u a request form that need document sech as pay slip, income tax document, etc

i'd chosen to apply for a second card that is easier without any supporting document, then later cancel my clear card

u can request a 2nd card frm citi which is a simply form & signature to get the citi plat cash back
then later just cancel the gold
