So far, which bank giving GST waive?

I know now only these few:-
1. SCB
2. EON
3. HLB
4. AM Bank - with join some package

Which bank giving free GST subsidize?
As far as I know:-

1. SCB, free 11000 bonus point to redeem.
2. OCBC, spend 10k per year.
3. EON, spend 24 times per year.
4. AM bank, join BT or EPP to waive.

how's alliance? MBF? Maybank? RHB?

OCBC is hard when to do deposit.
too less bank around
