QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Sep 5 2010, 10:02 PM) Not sure. Many said Maybank is stingy with credit limit. By the way, besides the minimum RM6,000 credit line required by OCBC Titanium MasterCard. The card must be at least 12-month old too. actually i meant i just got my maybank recently, my hsbc were since 2007. since mbb card is still new would ocbc likely to approve another cc for me. since i just got it.It is the same with all other banks if i am not mistaken. Are those installment plans 0% interest ones ? Was informed by HSBC that i can't cancel their credit card until i've paid off my 0% installment plan (laptop). |

QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Sep 12 2010, 10:37 PM) Will be shown as collateral card. I had posted my CCRIS in the previous version of credit card thread. like that, if we put in fd 25k, they will approve that much? also if we increase or decrease the fd it will reflect the cl? or the fd tenure much be as long as cc expiry? tyty |

QUOTE(hye @ Sep 28 2010, 10:07 AM) Often is you get rejected, it is because you fall under the "risky" category. You will fail the application from any bank. thanks hye. hw can we know if we are considered risky cat? always max out cc limit? also is cimb or ocbc more generous with their cl?If for technical reasons e.g. documentation ... often the respective bank will call you to clarify / resubmit the documents. Certain bank e.g. HSBC / PBB are very sensitive to the number of cards that you hold. So they will reject you although you are not risky. |

QUOTE(ashkamz @ Oct 4 2010, 07:27 PM) RM200 will hold for 8 days from the date of the transaction. Even after that particular petrol transaction already posted in the statement, the amount will still put on hold. is that only applicable for cimb only? mbb will only hold 1 day if not mistaken. i tried on shell with mbb petronas. |
