Just applied the citibank cash back platinum, 5% rebate on petrol and 2% on tesco guardian etc. Is this good? Or they are other banks offer better cash back?

Any CC that has 0% interest installment plan on anything that you purchased? Eg i buy anything above RM1000 and i just need to call the bank to entitle for the installment plan?
