Dear all,
I've a friend who had his OCBC Titanium application declined. I'm asking this on his behalf:
If he has RM150k in a current account, is it enough and possible to get OCBC to change its decison? And how to proceed to get OCBC to "change its mind" - e-mail cap@ocbc.com?
He meets the income requirement and has good CRIS record, no late payment ever.
Hope someone can help.

6/9/2010 Submitted form via fax
21/9/2010 Received call from Credit Processing Team (a sweet voice lady) that my NRIC & cc photocopy were too dark, and was asked for clearer copies. I resubmitted the form via email given by her.
30/9/2010 Called OCBC Automated Self Service and was told application was successful!
This is my experience with OCBC

Congrats! I'm happy for you

My experience is that you do not need to tell them. They will automatically give you the rebate. Just make sure you check the receipt before signing on it. Amarin Heavenly Thai for instance, always automatically gives me the rebate whenever i pay using my HSBC credit card.
Noted. Thanks!

Don't trust the agent, i face the same problem too.
She said will call me back, but i didn't any call at all.
I called back after 2 days, the answer really disappointed.
Maybe we got the same agent
Mind telling me how and who you appealed to until you manage to get the Titanium Card?
PMs are welcome.
