Getting Started

hello there , im 16 this year , i weigh 78kg and am 185cm tall . i want to look for the right supplement to take for me to gain muscle mass . can you guys suggest good brands ? so far i know ON 100% goldstandard Whey is good .

meh. there are already a few protein threads out there. ON is decent i suppose, scivation is value for money, but in the end whey is just whey.

Dynamite Elite is just plain bitter  its like i have to forcefully drink it, while Pro Fitness one taste miles better (sweeter), feel like taking it 3x times a day sometimes.. it really depends on what he likes.. some people prefer bitter while some likes it sweet.. ohh and both are chocolate flavour..

ON is not a bad start. can't go wrong with ON.

ON is good...but dun forget the egg whites...and milk is good too.
i take the HL milk daily in morning and at nite...egg white any time if i can cook it, but definitely at nite too.

whey r just whey dont worry. only their taste differences that matter!! egg whites throughout the day + milk at night

i find tat drinkin milk(HL milk as it's higher in protein) + eggs + whey is good n better...
i hv cottage cheese too...but it's taste n texture might not b acceptable to all
