if quota true unmetered and cap to 1.5mbps speed i believe it will be >rm100 since it's on par with unifi 10 speed
so probably rm168 is a good figure to start with

Another way...buy cheapo hand phone which is hotspot friendly and use it together with Connectify....

Celcom can prevent tethering.. This I agreed BUT not hotspot...coz it is within phone chip set ability thus not covered by tethering rules..
Get few LTE phone....hotspot ..®Beam me up Scotty© to PC using Connectify..

sialcom in the middle of migrating to new system and somehow someone screw up somewhere
