just tested my celcom bb speed after noticing massive slowdowns since few weeks ago...
I paid my bills... all I did was just some light facebook and surfing... no youtube... no flash games... no download.. no streaming nothing at all..
but my speed appears capped.. and I paid all my bills...

using the celcom RM68 plan ...
recently wanted to download some documents from my email... size around 800kb...
took me half an hour...

very sad with Celcom =(
