hi..i just wanna ask..i subscribe for advance package..i did asked the promoter how if i exceed the volume quota..he said that my speed will be capped to half of 3.6mbps..but i read in the celcom website..it says that my speed will be capped to 124kps if i exceed to quota..so, which one is true?btw, i'm staying at ampang and my speed now is lower than 124kbps after i exceed the quota.. =(
