frequent disconnected, yet hard to connect. connected, but cant surf. celcom please upgrade your services.

they should let users choose via OCS, not hassle customers...
speed today is not really stable...fast...then slow...then disconnected, then repeat the same thing... ironically ...full bar signal strength so definitely not coverage issues... |

hey,i want to ask a question,im a subscriber for 68 plan.i started to subscribe it during last july.now i heard the volume quota has been downgraded to 3gb.is it applied to me as well or just to new subscriber?

i'm confused here,i wanted to check my volume used but as you can see,it states that i have used 3.48 gb for the 13th August - 13th September but it is yet to be 13th August,today is just 5th August,so can someone kindly solve this confusion of mine?thank you!
