they should let users choose via OCS, not hassle customers...
speed today is not really stable...fast...then slow...then disconnected, then repeat the same thing...

ironically ...full bar signal strength so definitely not coverage issues...

Create an account there, then you can check your account info, bills, etc

Regarding the OCS, I have an account there but with my old Celcom BB number. How do I change the number?

Not really sure how to do that or whether it is possible to do that; CHANGE the number
But we can add NEW number to the existing account;
go to
Profile > Manage Profile > Add new number . But, Transaction Authorisation Code (TAC) is required to perform these changes.

i'm confused here,i wanted to check my volume used but as you can see,it states that i have used 3.48 gb for the 13th August - 13th September but it is yet to be 13th August,today is just 5th August,so can someone kindly solve this confusion of mine?thank you!

Today is 5th september and you have used 3.48GB. This means that you still have 1.52GB from today until 13th september before your speed gets throttled.

They did mention about the charge for the printed bill in your printed bill before

My monthly bill now:

Package Value = RM68
Printed Bill for C-Broadband-Prorate = RM1.74
Printed Bill for C-Broadband = RM2
----
Total = RM71.74I

Mine doesn't even state any about "printed bill for..." those thing :s
