Anyone have tried installed twin loop mugen muffler? Dont care whether its original or imitaion, but is it going to perform any better than regular sport muffler.

ok, first of all the design is like a straight trough muffler, only that it bends twice. unlike s-flow muffler that has somekind of wall to bend the flow to reduce the noise, it also effect the exhaust flow alot, somewhat can reduce car performance

it less noisy than straight trough muffler and less backpressure than normal s-flow muffler...so a decent muffler for  performance and comfort

pic of the muffler cut through i found tongue.gif

Thanks for the valueable feedback. Now I can look up to installing a twin loop muffer.
Performance wise, does it really have more kick than normal straight through muffler or just noise reduction ? I see looping muffler are mostly for V-Tech engine.

I've felt that the front suspension is too soft, and a friend of mine recommend me to change both front absorber to Gas Absorber type.

My concern is, will if effect the overall suspension/handling just changing the front abs and using stock rear abs. I afraid if effect the cornering with this setup...

IIRC, Proton produce 70k unit of 1.6L BLM to be sold to Taxi Company but sadly only 30k unit was sold.. reasons varies from blm unpopular to taxi driver to tender unsuccessful. 40k unit unsold and I do remember customer can book online to get this unit... but now since FL is out, I guess you need to find proton salesman with "networks" to get this model if still any left.

My salesman did ask if I want to buy the 1.6L, but I refused that time because the lack of accessories... now after driving my ride the 1.3L IAFM campro blm, I wish I could get my hand on the 1.6L
