I agree with you! This color,in my opinion, is awesome and authentic to represent Saga FL.
*
btw mine also blue rock smile.gif such a relieve to see ppl say its cool. didnt actually wanted tht colour at first.

but to me the performance and Fc is the most important. cos very2 limited budget type.

so comeone pls reckon should i change the spark plug to a better one? nod.gif

will it add up some power and drop FC?

Honestly feel ur calculatation is wrong. You calculate based on the fuel indicator.

Don bother the indicator. Top up ur fuel tank until vomit and reset the counter, then next time refuel till vomit again, then only calculate based on the mialege.

6L/100km is achievable if u drive in highway at 90-110km/h
*
thx for reply, will try out your correct method... awaiting better FC biggrin.gif

btw.. can u suggest tht im going to change my:

1) plug to ngk iridium tr6ix RM135
2) raizin voltage stabilizer and earth wire.. RM110

does this helps to achieve my target ???? pls comment...

Same thing i'm facing here. I just pumped full tank(from 2 bars) for RM55.20, and the car only travelled 214km, before hitting the 2 bar petrol mark. Why is this so, shouldn't i be getting like at least 400km? Since its like 13km++/l claimed by some people?

dun worry, its bcos of the new engine been in breaking in process, and also lousy engine oil for the fist 1k km in order for it to break in, so will be more "thirsty" ... and please don't be afraid to rev ur engine hard enough during the 1st 1k km in order to break in b4 changing to a better engine oil after 1k service, this process is imp bcos it will decides the rest of your engine life to be power, fc , and lifespan of it.

btw me got my FL on 6th jan, rev gao2 b4 1k service.. haha "kiasu type".
then at 1st quite FC, then change @ 1k service liao... slow2 you will feel smoothy of your engine... feel it....
b4 1k service is suppose to be rough2 de ....
this is my exp, just to share

QUOTE(coolkwc @ Feb 23 2011, 11:10 AM)
My car is heavily soundproof, yet it can't eliminate all the noise, especially tyre noise. The final solution for me is to change tyre 7k km more later.

Ok, basically BLM noise can be divided in 3 categories.

1. Tyre and road noise. (most severe)
2. Engine noise.
3. Part vibration noise such as dashboard, power windows bracket, door lock mechanism and all the plastic things inside your cabin.

So far my countermeasure for that:
1. Soundproof fender and plastic wheel arc. Done at acc shop - reduce front tyre noise effectively, and reduce engine noise and wind noise coming through the fender as well.

2. Whole floor and boot soundproof and deadening. This can reduce tyre noise effectively, and road noise echo is eliminated. Front floor soundproof depends how deep they extend into firewall, for my case, after soundproof the engine noise is reduce gain. Whole floor done outside, while boot area DIY.

3. All doors 3 layer deadening and 1 layer soundproof. Front door soundproof can reduce engine noise, front tyre noise and wind noise effectively, and this kind of heavily deadening totally eliminate the rattling sound of the door and power windows, this can't be done by just apply insufflex. Door soundproof is DIY, i will say, damn tiring.

4. Cheapest way to reduce engine, tyre and wind noise, change your door soundproof rubber, you can search at Chinese Cari forum, that one is OEM rubber, fit perfectly and not like the sticker type that sold at automotive garage here. I would say the C/P ratio for this one is the most highest one.

Now only left firewall, will left it 1st, because now my car engine noise is reduced almost 50% after i done all the soundproof and deadening above. The remaining one is tyre low frequency noise.

All the work above is done gradually over 4 months.
*
thanks for all the ideas and exp, i'll take it to heart, really appreciate all exp from you all... hm....

pros out there pls help.

there's some shaking noise coming out from my dashboard. do you all know how to take it out in order to stuff some sponge to prevent it from making noise.

by the way i've stuff some rags into the steering space to stop the noise of it and it works, does this act harms the steering function? the horn still work.

Added on February 24, 2011, 9:23 amand by the way i change my steel rim to 14" spoon rim (not ori), and it rocks man. the car is totally in control and handling is awesome..... really enjoy it man.

but my driver door is too loose, always open finish whenever i open it, sigh.
i've told the sc at first service and they answer me its like tht de la.......
the other three doors are diff from this driver door, tight.

how har?

stock mani is 4-1, to be environment friendly o not is not the extractor's deal, it's the cat convertor after the extractor that keep the air filtered. was thinking why u stress on 4-1 is environment friendly while 4-2-1 isn't? i can get a 4-2-1 with cat con if i want to, right?
*
hm... u r scaring me bro..

so u reckon we should stay to stock manifolds instead of 4-2-1?
whts the drone at certain RPM about, can be more specify?
and whts an O2 sensor for ? where is it?

me add voltage stabiliser, Hks ground cable, and soon ngk iridium plug. (TR6ix)

remember to break in ur engine, suggested by most mechanic also...
