should i give up the warranty? coz my car at 35k rite now.. at 40k service need to spent 500++ at proton sc.. im on dilemma rite now

Dear all BLM members, my car has been one of the first batch of BLM which came out in March 2008. My car has been covered for 29000 km till now and I've been to SC for service every 10k. Problem is, starting from 9000km, there's been this kind of rattling metal sound appearing from time to time (Sometimes got sometimes it doesnt appear).

The sound is extremely irritating. And I've sent it to SC for checking twice d. And in both occasion, the car just didnt produce the sound when the mechanics drive the car for a round!!! Only after when i drive the sound appear again! The first time I thought it was IAFM fault, so the SC was kind to replace the IAFM in my 10000 km service. Then the noise continues to appear. The car was sent 2nd time for checking and the mechanics just tell me that the exhaust was loose and they just tight back the exhaust pipe. The problem until now still exist and I've been tired of going to SC cuz it's been so wasting my time. Can any 1 tell me what's wrong with my car?

Me too, always keep at 80-90km/h, even the road specified at 60km/h also.

No choice becos 90km/h is most fuel save and smooth.

saturday midnight - erm more like sunday early morning 1am or 2am like that i crashed my blm on the divider hit a lamp post!
all 3 passengers + 1 survived with minor injures and walked out
me the driver got  a few fractured shoulder bone which should heal by itself

the road was too wet and when i tried to avoid students trying to cross the road exactly at the sharp corner! i lost control bang

air bag deployed but didnt even touch  my face, the seatbelt was too strong it held me back tightly! till my lung almost colapsed! crazy strong

whole front driver side of the car is gone completely with drive shaft, rim, steering axle, radiator front hood and maybe my engine too

“Mujur, satu daripada pintu berjaya dibuka biarpun ketika api marak. Beberapa pengguna jalan raya mengeluarkan tiga mangsa terbabit dan sebaik saja mangsa terakhir dikeluarkan, berlaku satu lagi letupan,” katanya.
