if only 1 time from stop to steady speed, u rev until 4k also no problem. But if city drive which not much acceleration with steady slow pace, shift early, even after shift <2k also no problem.

@ slow pace traffic, i adi engage 3rd gear even only @ 30km/h, rpm around 1.6k, as long as u didn't pickup rapidly, low RPM won't hurt the FC, but reduce. Unless otherwise stated.
*
Bro, using 3rd gear on such slow speed won't damage the geerbox? hmm.gif

As long as the engine not vibrate, it means adequate torque at that RPM @ that speed.

don't know how to help you. Proton rate BLM to be 40L tank. My car fuel light went on on Monday, but I drove around 80km before pumping. and when I pump, i could only get 31L in....(filled to the brim)

so in this case, after the light is on, i could say (according to normal FC) the car can easily hit the 160-170 KM mark before risking drying up.
*
160-170 km shocking.gif shocking.gif I was being told that average is around 60-80km only hmm.gif

haha, you are right. I kena once before, wanna overtake 3 cars sekaligus at the front from standstill...so i rev to max for 1st and 2nd gear, when i head to head with 3rd car, suddenly i hit the rev limit, the car bounce back, the feeling is so frustrated, plus opposite road got car coming...at the end i manage to overtake dangerously... doh.gif Our manual gear ratio is very short, RPM raise very fast...1st 7k hit 40km/h, 2nd 80km/h...
*
Rev also can reach limit 1 arrr... now only i know shocking.gif

I adi ask and argue with few SC, but end up with i must service every 5k if using semi-sync. Thats why i feel hopeless and service outside.

Same reason why I never service my car in SC... pure bs.... doh.gif

The sound proof effect depends on what material you use, choosing the right material & match it right way you will get excellent result, of cause tats not cheap.

After survey of few brand of sound proof material, china made sound proof really not reliable in my mind now.

All line except N-line and earliest batch of BLM.

I think no 'should do' list, but shouldn't list maybe got:

2. Don't treat ur car like truck, bring heavy load at back ( i used my car twice to carry PCB before, ~200kg at the back, luckily nothing happen. sweat.gif
3. Don't make at car. laugh.gif  tongue.gif
*
Talking about heavy load at the back... i noticed Viva damn obvious man.. if got passenger at the back sure the back will sink very low...

make at the car... make gently can 1... tongue.gif

For me, the whole front bay = 'engine area'...which 'area' did you mean? you bear the risk if you shoot water to it.

IF you really want go to service workshop and ask them spray ur engine with air gun rather than water.
*
then how about those those people from carwash asking.. ENGINE MAU CUCI??? can let them wash? Any harm?
