aiyo... normal i will service on 5000km lah, is normal proton will ask to do this service lah,
normal 1 time service will cost me RM200++, now have over 50000km liao, u count it,
how much i waste the money to proton, and i ask they y my car was so easy to dry the fuel,
they reply " Is like this, we can't do anything. " , u say ler? now i go outside to service,
use fully synthetic and also check the car around RM150++ , hv more save, the 40000km major
service cost me RM750++ .

What did they change for you when you went for the major service?
Rm750 can almost pay for insurance already.

If you service every 5000km at Proton SC, then it shouldn't cost you RM200++ on every service. It should cost around RM170++ unless you change spark plugs. Maybe one major service about RM450 to 500++ every 20000km.

As for dry fuel, do you mean fuel consumption? As long as you aren't stuck in 1.5 hour traffic jams, don't rev heavily, maintain tire pressure and etc, the consumption should be reasonable. Not the kancil or kelisa range, of course but cukup makan lar.

They change the fuel filter, gear oil, etc at 40000km. Even then, it should be around RM500++ only. I'm not sure what additional services were taken on his car that would bring the cost to RM700++. It really shouldn't be that high unless something "not in warranty" broke.

My father noticed it was quite high so I told the service centre to adjust it lower. They said "Cannot adjust one"

I seldom use mine anyway, only on pitch dark roads... but it's still a lot better than the high beam (at not blinding people).

Besides the rear spoiler, I love everything else

Want to ask... The car steering vibrate even when not moving... I got this problem and my hand fell numb driving for a hour and above. The vibration is not very strong, but just like those vibrator...
Is that normal? I got it since 1st day...

My steering wheel vibrates a bit too when idling, but if I put my hands on it I can dampen it completely. Switch the air cond off and see if it helps. The other day I drove my friend's 20+ years old Saga and it was vibrating like crazy with the air cond on.

Air-cond On or off the same thing... Vibrate just a little less stronger than those phone vibration...

What is ur car idling RPM?
