Just do normal exercise like running, jogging, cycling
Or if you would like to make ur tummy less "chubby" do some sit ups and pull ups for your arms.
As for dumbell hmm i think its ok.
started dumbell when i was 14 but i was 184cm then so i didnt have to worry about not being able to grow taller
Wait for some better fitness instructors to advise you
and dont need to post pic larh

i was around 164cm too when i was 14-15.. and weight 57kg (very chubby
currently im 5 ft 6" barefoot.. with some pretty lean muscles
i started working out on dumbbells too during i was 15
bought new 5kg plates later on and some EZ-Curl BarBell..
did pushups, pull ups intensely and abs crunches.. i dont jog a lot, but i do take evening walks nearly everyday last time in the evening ..
my advice is start slowly
and i dont work out as intense as last time too haha.. now lazy edi since got driving license.. lol
