In order to lose weight effectively and healthily, lose the simple carbs and fried food.
Don't skip meals, and spread out the meals into small and frequent.
-Keeping your stomach empty longer than 5 hours will lower the metabolic rate. So have something when you wake up.
Take all types of plant food like, vege, fruits, beans, nuts, root vege and more.
Decrease intake of animal protein, not saying 100%, you can have meat, but just a few pieces to take away the cravings. If you want protein, get it from plant protein.
It is good to have good quality raw oil. like coconut oil and olive oil.
Sufficient sleep, minimize late nights.
