The current shirt looks better than the initial white one.
No need for curvy font though, I think if you can find something more alike the android font itself, it would make it give more unity to the whole design.

i think the design for the shirt looks not comfortable for me..

why don't make something special like few small android with skateboard(based on the live wallpaper)?i think it looks cool

better than 1 big android logo + android word there..

just my 2 cents
