i think the fence height still acceptable.. yes u can jump over it but still hv to climb a bit and again it's anti climb fence which better than decorative wall fence in term of security i guess.. if the fence to high i feel like staying in the prison..

This grill is 1 week old.. I think after 1 year no more grill.. 

the square section was only welded 2 side. Pemalas! I did the grill for the wet kitchen, guest room and the store (maid's) room for RM800. can't remember how much sq.ft but I think should be around rm10/sq ft or somewhere around that price (don't blame me, honestly I can't remember).

I saw jeghui grills.. man fantastic! the material is not square section but rectangular. strong and soundly made. Not sure how much, but its nice. I think it's affordable.

i went to ttdi last week. 80% of sephira had been sold..only left 2 middle units and few end units..price starting from 600k+ (i can't remember exactly)

he said there will be new launch next month but no info on what model & price..just register and wait to be called..

owh sh*t, that was the same case with my house too.. it was last 2 weeks when suddenly i heard very noisy sound (like a heavy rain) upstairs. at first was thinking might be raining heavily outside, but didnt see any water in the compound inside the house. then i went upstair, OMG! the water coming from the ceiling. very panic and went to shut the outside main meter. my floor board was effected too. the contractor came last 2 days to check, and the replacement floor board will start next week (hopefully).

the light upstairs also effected. so i ask contractor to change them too.

asked the Mahasil guy, what went wrong, he also having hard time to explain. the only possible explanation is due to sudden surge from Syabas tank. he mentioned that our pipe + tank was equipped with max of 100psi pressure. when they check the water outside routinely, it is just about 40 psi. so they also not sure.

and for sure i ask them to repaint my ceiling back, and probably the wall too. it has a yellowish stain due to this water mark. crap.

and now feeling quite phobia to leave my house without shutting the main meter. sigh~
@ jeghui: neighbour, when u plan to move in?. come on, quick. hehe.. or u plan to rent it out?

don't see any.. may be nazattdi hv to settle this permit thing first.

Recently purchase the Sephira unit, wonder when should i make the balance of down payment....

Any idea about the wash room at ground floor located at living area....sounded like new concept ...but personally look ...how about other buyer...any opinion so that i can convince myself to accept this design...
