Calling Sephira buyers, did you receive call from TTDI to sign S&P?

3 weeks after give 10K deposit and no news from TTDI... hmm...

kak azie, after TTDI call us to sign S&P, we have 14 working days to arrange appointment to sign it, right? Correct me if i misunderstand

"best design yet"? TTDI sales person already know the design?

TTDI really want to launch all phases this year. My friend want to buy 20x80 in next phase. Hope the price won't jack up a lot.

TTDI is going to lauch next phase DSL (sharing the same fencing with Sephira) in June... Not sure what is the price range...

EM at home is larger than EM at the land next to the tower.

Meaning home's Electrical App has larger EM and need more attention??

imho, Equina has the best layout compare to previous launches.

RM606K is non-bumi price or bumi price?

606K - 3% early bird = 587.8K . Then same price with Type A...

The price is not confirm.

The layout is confirm because the brochure is printed with the floor plan and site plan.

22X75 with 2179 BU for 497k, meaning 228/BU sqf

Aquina (4th phase)
Type B - 22' x 80' = 654k Intermediate Unit (2700 BU), meaning 242/BU sqf

if looks from RM/BU sqf, Aquina phase is just 7% more expensive than Spira. Plus Aquina has bigger land size. thumbup.gif

Anyone staying at TTDI Alam Impian can update on the construction progress of Sephira & Aquina??? TQVM.

Lazy to go check the site again and always get disappointed that no work is started. >_<

5 feet for staircase should be enough for 2 ppl going up/down already...
if really 9.5 feet, it's too much...

My current staircase for 20x60 double storey house only 4 feet wide already sufficient enough for 2 ppl...
