Many of us choose Three Kim for their good workmanship and competitive pricing. I don't have their phone no but I remember posting it in this forum so you have to run through all pages to get it. Or google Three Kim and you may get it.

From my understanding, bumi lot is designated to bumi's only, sell to bumi only (if want to sell to non-bumi need to do alot of name change, costly) bumi quota, developer designated this units to bumi, but can open to non bumi after a certain period of time. The latter need to get approval from state goverment (if I'm not wrong la..) And also there's this bumi's unit on bumi land (the land is for bumi's only) This bumi's unit on bumi's land, is not for non-bumi and cannot be transferred to non-bumi at all. Correct me if I'm wrong. 

It's 3 phase for Spira. It splits into 3 single phase systems in the house, I guess.. I have not checked it carefully but I noticed from wire connection at the meter that it is a three phase system.

So far only 4 supporters? Need more to share out the burden!
